Workshops lose hours to phone tag: calling customers back to ask what the noise sounds like, which model it is, or whether the light is still on. Quotes get written on guesswork, and cars arrive with surprises. Frank puts the customer’s description, photos, video and vehicle details in one place before you pick up the phone.
Built with a working garage
Frank is built alongside a working garage in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. Ideas get tried on real jobs, and anything that doesn’t help on the workshop floor gets cut. That’s why Frank talks like a workshop, not an office.
Where your data lives
Customer data is stored in Australia. Your workshop sees the details its customers send. Frank’s AI tools read the job description, vehicle details and photos to help you prepare; customer names and contact details are never sent to them.
